Why the company exists
Angeline “Chii” Viray founded Chiibitsu Labs from a repeated pattern: a new possibility appears before it is widely understood, and the people who see both the opportunity and hidden price first have more room to choose.
Startup Weekend showed her that ordinary people could build companies before that path felt available. Mobility showed how temporary platform incentives could make long-term vehicle commitments look safer than they were. Crypto showed how uneven access to information could change a person's options. AI is the current wave, with the same gap appearing at larger scale.

Why systems and behavior belong together.

Angeline “Chii” Viray is the founder of Chiibitsu Labs and works as a fractional AI and operations lead for founder-led businesses. Her formal title here is Principal Systems Architect and Behavioral Strategist, and she remains directly involved in diagnosis, architecture, and core delivery.
Her work spans technology-enabled mobility operations, behavior design, emerging-technology education, product and investor narratives, AI/Web3 market execution, and practical AI incorporation for teams.
